What is a NAT VPS?
A NAT VPS is a virtual server that shares a public IPv4 address with other VPSes. You still get full root access, and services inside your VPS are reachable from the internet through port forwarding or domain forwarding.
How does a NAT VPS differ from a KVM VPS?
A NAT VPS uses a shared IPv4 address, which lowers the cost, and inbound access goes through allocated ports. A KVM VPS has its own IPv4 address, so every port is directly available. Both include root access.
Network
How do I reach SSH on a NAT VPS?
Each NAT VPS receives a number of public ports based on its plan. Create a rule in the dashboard, for example public port 20022 to port 22 on your VPS, then connect using the public IP and that port.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Add your domain in the dashboard, point its DNS as instructed, then choose the destination port on your VPS. An SSL certificate can be issued automatically through Let's Encrypt.
Are all ports available?
No. Ports 22, 80, and 443 on the shared IP are used by the gateway. Web traffic goes through domain forwarding, and other services use ports from the range allocated to your VPS.
Billing
Which payment methods are available?
Payment methods are shown at checkout and depend on the active gateways. Your service is prepared after payment is verified.
What happens if I renew late?
You receive reminders before the due date. After the grace period, the service is suspended and resumes automatically once payment is verified. If it stays unpaid past the policy limit, the service is terminated and its data is removed.
Policies
Is bandwidth truly unlimited?
The bandwidth limit is stated on every plan. Plans without a quota remain subject to the fair use policy listed on that plan.
Which activities are prohibited?
These include spam, network scanning, DDoS attacks, phishing, and illegal content. On a shared IP, one violation can affect other customers, so violations can lead to suspension. Details are in the Terms of Service.
